Shipping, Returns, Warranty
Order processing time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours.

Shipping cost calculations:
- All shipping costs are calculated based on the rates made available to us by USPS at the time of shipping. See rates HERE.
Domestic Order Shipping:
Once shipped, order delivery time can range from 1-5 days, depending on the shipping option you choose and your geographical location.
International Order Shipping:
Once shipped, order delivery time can range from 2-13 days, depending on the shipping you choose and your geographical location.

All purchases are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, as long as the merchandise it returned in it’s original brand new condition and free of any wear, tear, scratches, scuffs, or indication of usage (Minus a 25% restocking fee).
ALL plastic coverings must still be present on the backpack’s metal pieces (the handle, the internal magnets, etc..). Removing the plastic coverings will make your Barber Backpack ineligible for return.
We DO NOT allow purchasing a bag and “trying it out.” That is considered “using” the bag.
Who is responsible for paying for the return shipping?
You/the customer are responsible for return shipping all costs. We will provide the return facility address and you must return the product to us and the package must have a tracking number.
Can you return a product simply because you no longer want it?
Yes, you can! However, as indicated above. You/the customer are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your backpack is still brand new and within the 14th day or purchase, you may submit a return request below.

All Barber Backpacks come with LIFETIME warranty on all manufacture defects!
Simply contact support to file a warranty claim!
The warranty covers all manufacture defects, however normal wear & tear and/or negligence on your behalf is not covered.
If your backpack has a manufacture defect covered under our offered warranty, please submit a warranty exchange request below.
The Barber Backpack insurance exchange program allows hair professionals to protect their barber backpacks from loss, theft, and/or damage. It also allows barbers to upgrade their existing barber backpacks to our latest models.
How it works:
- You pay $99/year to enroll in the “barber backpack insurance and upgrade program”
- If your barber backpack is lost, stolen, damaged beyond use, or you simply want to upgrade your backpack to the latest version, you can submit a claim and receive a brand new replacement backpack.
* Backpack replacement are subject to a $50 deductible and claims are limited to one (1) claim per year *
