All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours.

Shipping Cost Calculations
All shipping costs are calculated based on the rates provided by USPS at the time of shipping.
Domestic Shipping
Once shipped, delivery time ranges from 1–5 days, depending on your shipping option and location.
International Shipping
Once shipped, delivery time ranges from 2–13 days, depending on your shipping option and location.

Return & Refund Policy
All purchases are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, as long as the merchandise is returned in its original brand new condition and free of any wear, tear, scratches, scuffs, or indication of usage (minus a 25% restocking fee).
ALL plastic coverings must still be present on the backpack’s metal pieces (handle, internal magnets, etc.). Removing the plastic coverings will make your Barber Backpack ineligible for return.
We do not allow purchasing a bag and “trying it out.” That is considered using the bag.
Who pays return shipping?
You / the customer are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will provide the return facility address. The package must have a tracking number.
Can I return a product simply because I no longer want it?
Yes. However, you/the customer are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your backpack is still brand new and within the 14-day window, please submit a return request via our contact form on the FAQ page.
Warranty Policy
Yes, of course! Quality is pivotal to us.
All Barber Backpacks come with a LIFETIME warranty on all manufacturing defects.
Simply contact support to file a warranty claim.
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects; however, normal wear & tear and/or negligence are not covered.
If your backpack has a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, please submit a warranty exchange request through our warranty form.
Barber Backpack Insurance & Upgrade Program
The Barber Backpack Insurance & Upgrade Program lets hair professionals protect their backpacks from loss, theft, or damage — and upgrade their existing backpacks to the latest models.
How it works
- Pay $99/year to enroll in the program.
- If your backpack is lost, stolen, damaged beyond use, or you simply want to upgrade to the latest version, submit a claim and receive a brand new replacement backpack.
* Replacements are subject to a $50 deductible. Claims are limited to one (1) per year.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do!
Simply place your order and select your desired shipping option. All import costs and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
